Warranty DRAFT
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of R & M Music Ltd, trading as The Hereford Music Shop. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods and workmanship purchased from R & M Music Ltd.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use as set out by the manufacturer during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, R & M Music Ltd may repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
All claims under this Warranty must be submitted in writing or email within 14 days of the problem arising and, where possible, include details of the defective product, a detailed description of the issue and photos or videos of the defect.
R & M Music Ltd must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate all claims and to remedy any defects found. Subsequently, R & M Music Ltd reserves the right to inspect the work in question and determine, in its sole discretion, whether the workmanship is defective. The Client understands that failure to give timely notice as set out in this clause will void this Warranty.
This Warranty is non-transferable and shall be void if the ownership of the property on which the work was performed is transferred to another party prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
What can we do to correct problems?
R & M Music Ltd can either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If it is not possible to replace a product due to it no longer being in production or available, R & M Music Ltd reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for physical goods and workmanship purchased from R & M Music Ltd is 12 months from the date of purchase or service. A replacement physical item or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good, or 3 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
Damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to properly maintain the work or goods.
Damage caused by conditions beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, acts of God (floods, lightning, and so on), war, civil unrest, or governmental regulation.
Removal of a third party service that renders the item partially or totally unusable 
Any changes or modifications to the work performed by anyone other than R & M Music Ltd's authorised representatives.
Any costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the work.

R & M Music Ltd has been paid in full for the item or service completed.
